Dead End Rtd 2

This Rimited work by Peter Åsbrink transforms a photographed club wall in Bangkok into a dense visual record of contemporary urban culture. Layers of stickers, posters, slogans, fragments of advertising and anonymous imagery collide in a restless composition filled with humour, provocation and contradiction. Reproduced as a canvas print, the work shifts something temporary and site-specific into a permanent art object. Its overlapping messages create an almost archaeological portrait of nightlife, youth culture and street communication. Chaotic at first glance, the image rewards closer inspection, revealing unexpected details, social commentary and moments of intimacy within Bangkok’s constantly changing visual landscape.

This is an original numbered Rimited Piece.
